Task Force Alpha Lead: SGT
Max size: 6 players (can change)
🧭 Command Structure
- SGT – Overall command, mission planning, TF Lead, Pilot
- CPL – Assists SGT, takes command if SGT is down and has authority
- SPC – Specialized support (medic, pilot, heavy weapons, recon)
- PFC / PVT – Core combat operators
📜 General Rules
- Chain of Command is absolute
- Orders flow: SGT → CPL → Others
- No arguing during missions
- Stealth is default
- Unless stated otherwise, stealth is mandatory
- No unnecessary firing
- Role discipline
- Stay in your assigned role
- Ask before switching kits or vehicles
- Comms discipline
- Short, clear callouts only
- No mic spam during ops
- Respect & professionalism
- No trolling, team killing, or reckless behavior
- Warnings come before punishment
🔺 Promotion Guidelines
Promotions are earned, not automatic.

| PVT → PFC | Basic game knowledge, follows orders |
| PFC → SPC | Shows consistency + role proficiency |
| SPC → CPL | Leadership traits, situational awareness |
| CPL → SGT | ❌ Not applicable (SGT is reserved for current Alpha Task Force Leader) |
⚠️ Discipline
- Verbal warning
- Rank freeze or demotion
- Removal from Task Force Alpha
